  • Supporting local talent teams, and providing additional HR advisory support, including important follow-up consultancy from their recent global employee survey
  • Coordinating many of the regular regional processes, such as Counsel, Local Partner (non-Equity Partner), Principal (Equity Partner) promotion processes.
  • Helping to guide senior lateral hiring processes (including Counsel, Local Partner and Principal), as well as management of the regional approval process, working closely with their recruitment professionals.
  • Working with the local offices and Global Talent to develop and provide Lateral Partner integration support

  • Involvement in specific Talent and L&D programs, projects and priorities as needed, including:
    • support scheme for newly promoted Local Partners
    • providing advisory support to Regional Practice Groups, including regional talent reviews and follow up initiatives, which enable them to achieve their people related goals
    • providing advisory and projects support to the Global Practice Groups, working closely with Talent Managers from other regions

  • Helping to manage our regional mobility and mentoring schemes
  • Working with regional and global D&I teams to develop and manage regional D&I Initiatives
  • Working with regional and global Learning & Development teams, providing support at their development centres
  • Taking an active role in a thriving EMEA Talent community, acting as a connector in the region and across offices, as well as to Global expert functions, to ensure that processes, tools, and policies are aligned to support their ability to deliver exceptional service, high performance and improved employee engagement
  • Coach and mentor junior members of the team, ensuring that best practice is shared
