My client, an instantly recognisable retail brand, is urgently seeking an interim Employment Policy Manager for a maternity cover contract.
You will be responsible for developing and simplifying employment policies throughout the organisation as well as responding to changes in employment legislation by transforming this into policy. You will equally work closely with HR colleagues and senior stakeholders to support delivery on key change initiatives and complex ER issues.
The successful candidate will have excellent understanding of employment legislation, experienced in managing business change and have strong stakeholder management skills.
Given the urgency, the ideal candidate will be available immediately however they can wait for the right person if on a notice period.
