Interim Executive Compensation Manager
Frazer Jones are excited to be working alongside this highly successful and global banking institution to find them an Interim Senior Executive Compensation Manager to support the Head of Reward with a pivotal project for the next 4-6 months, maybe longer.
Reporting to the Head of Reward, you will act as the lead on a project to review the current executive compensation arrangement and oversee the design and delivery of a new plan.
They are looking for an experienced Reward professional with a strong understanding of MRT requirements under CRDV, alongside specialist knowledge of deferrals to help build an effective design that provides sustainable, competitive compensation across different geographical jurisdictions that also meets with RemCo, shareholder, and regulatory approval.
Skills and experience required include;
- Senior Reward experience within a global Financial Services environment
- Strong understanding of the Senior Manager and Certification Regime (SMCR), CRDIV frameworks
- Experience of working in matrix structured organisations
- Excellent communication, presentation and numerical skills
- Drafting and report writing skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Delivery focused
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
They are looking for someone able to start at the beginning of September and available for at least the next 4-6 months. They are offering a highly competitive daily rate for the right candidate, and operate a very flexible hybrid working pattern.
