In This Role
- Preparing and maintaing monthly payroll
- Managing relationships with different stakeholders
- Coordinating payroll approvals & payment instructions with the Finance team
- Preparing monthly payroll journal and accrual reports
- Supporting various internal and external audit
- Provinding payroll feedback and data when required to support ongoing HR projects
- You have a working knowledge of German labor law and experience with processing German payroll and employee time registration systems.
- You are able to work independently, accurately, and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English
