In This Role

  • Preparing and maintaing monthly payroll
  • Managing relationships with different stakeholders
  • Coordinating payroll approvals & payment instructions with the Finance team
  • Preparing monthly payroll journal and accrual reports
  • Supporting various internal and external audit
  • Provinding payroll feedback and data when required to support ongoing HR projects


  • You have a working knowledge of German labor law and experience with processing German payroll and employee time registration systems.
  • You are able to work independently, accurately, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English
