My client, a prestigious catering and events company, is seeking an interim Head of HR on an initial c.6 month contract.
Reporting to the UK MD in this newly created role, you will be manage a small pre-existing HR team and be responsible for the integral HR support to this fast growing organisation.
Given what's happening within the company and some impending changes they require an experienced candidate with strong TUPE and union/IR experience, team management experience, excellent stakeholder management skills and a commercial mindset. Hospitality or catering industry experience is beneficial but not essential.
Ultimately there is a longer term permanent role available or, alternatively, the company is open to someone supporting them for the next 6+ months whilst they conduct a permanent search. This is an urgent interim hire though so candidates do need to be available immediately or at short notice.
