Are you a Senior HR Manager/Head of HR available to start an interim role before Christmas? I'm supporting a boutique global law firm to identify an interim HR Manager to come on board for 6 months initially. The role will act as Head of HR and work closely with the senior Partners to implement the HR agenda for 2020 and manage an HR team of two.
The firm would like a contractor onboard before Christmas and can interview next week. Given the time of year, the role will focus on managing year end processes including salary review, performance review and the promotions process as well as advising on general HR matters relating to recruitment, development and employee relations. Other duties will include setting the HR agenda for 2020 and putting project plans in place to drive new initiatives such as reviewing trainee development and mapping talent/succession pipelines.
You must have successfully worked as a Head of HR or Senior Manager in a law firm previously to be consider for this role, plus an excellent track record of working with senior management and delivering strategic projects. This is a broad role, so you must be comfortable picking up operational duties and happy to work with the team to achieve tight deadlines. The firm can interview ASAP and have the potential to run the contract on for longer for the right person.
