Working closely with the CFO and leadership team to shape and deliver people strategy for more than 1000 heads multi-country.
Part of the leadership team, with responsibility for driving transformation. Developing and implementing a robust people strategy and the continuous development of the transformational agenda to meet the needs of this constantly evolving business.
The position is aligned to the Group finance function, there has been an extended period of change and a move toward the communication and implementation of a new operating model.
The focus is on the embedding of a new leaner structure, raising of leadership capability to be able to perform broader roles with greater business impact.
