Interim Head of Reward

Based close to Bath and Bristol, my client is looking for a Head of Reward on an interim or contract basis for a period of c.3-4 months. This is a fantastic Global brand with responsibility for managing the Reward function for UK&I and a team of Reward and Benefits specialists. Reporting to the HR Director, you will be responsible for driving an aligned regional reward agenda, ensuring alignment to the Group, business and HR strategy. You will be involved in designing and implementing a number of projects and be the face of reward for UK&I.

You must have had experience running multiple compensation cycles whilst leading a team. This will include experience in both compensation, benefits, and ideally mobility, whilst being able to partner with the business both locally and globally. You will have a multi-dimensional skillset including being a part of a successful HR community, empowering team members and the wider business to take ownership of projects and to succeed in their careers, whilst being involved in projects such as gender pay-gap reporting, job grading, job architecture, harmonising benefits and payroll, and being the escalation point for all reward related questions.

You will be a self-starter, motivated, thorough, and a team player. Importantly, you'll be able to work to strict deadlines and deliver on critical tasks with flying colours, and have strong emotional intelligence to make difficult decisions without having a complete and accurate set of data. Key to this will also be your ability to manage senior stakeholders and be able to negotiate around a complex business on both a UK and Global basis.
