A specialty insurance business is looking to recruit an Interim Head of Reward to join their London office and establish a new reward function. Working closely with the CEO, this role will be to establish a structured reward offering that covers cash and exec comp and provides a foundation for further refinement in 2020. The business is looking to meet senior reward professionals who have the breadth and depth of experience to create immediate value for the leadership team, and who can provide the business with effective coaching on reward methodologies. The business employs c 500 staff (split between UK/US) and this role will support them for an initial 6 month term (c£700 per day) which may be extended or even transition into permanent employment.
