We're delighted to be working with one of the world's leading independent asset managers and on their first Head of Talent Acquisition position. This is a longstanding client and the new role signifies the growth and development of the HR team in recent years.
Reporting directly into the Head of HR UK, you will have the opportunity to establish a dedicated recruitment function from scratch and work proactively with all areas of the business to understand resourcing requirements, build an implementation plan and deliver hiring solutions in a timely manner.
There is huge scope in this role, so the business is looking for someone who is able to operate strategically but also comfortable to source candidates directly and build relationships with third party providers. You will also be expected to plan the interview and selection process, determine selection criteria and build the ability to go direct to the market to source the talent profiles the company is looking to attract.
Ideally you will have experience of setting up a similar model from scratch and worked in financial services previously. A familiarity with social media, candidate databases etc is preferred and you must be a strong communicator with demonstrable experience of working closely with senior stakeholders and managing C-Suite relationships.
