Interim HR Advisor required for a 6-month contract in Bristol.

Salary up to £35’000 Pro Rata, Hybrid working, due to location you will need to be a car driver.

Great opportunity to join an international business who pride themselves in what they do and believe in putting people at the centre of everything. They operate in 4 countries with a headcount of circa 150 people. Due to growth and internal movement, they are looking for support within their HR function and require a highly skilled HR Advisor to join the team for a 6 month period. There could be the option to go permanent for the right candidate.

Reporting into the Head of People you will support in the delivery of a great employee experience across all countries as well as supporting managers with all day to day HR advice and guidance around employment law, employee relations, policy and process as well as supporting on ad hoc HR projects.

Main Duties will include:

  • First point of contact for all HR Advice and guidance.
  • Managing the full HR employee lifecycle
  • Managing all Employee Relation case work – Grievance, Disciplinary, Sickness absence, Performance Management
  • Ensure all policies and procedures are up to date and followed.
  • Coach, mentor and develop managers on HR policy and best practice.
  • Provide up to date Employment Law knowledge
  • Support on HR projects
  • rovide HR reports for senior management, highlight trends and analysing data.

What you will need:

  • CIPD qualified or demonstrable relevant HR experience
  • Proven success of operating in a similar role
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable experience of coaching, mentoring, and developing managers in people policy and processes
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written including the use of MS Office packages.
  • Proficient in prioritising work based on business needs.
