My client, a market leader within the FMCG/Retail industry based in Southampton, are seeking an experienced HR BP to add to their People Team for a 12 month fixed-term contract.
Partnering with the Senior Leadership team you will be responsible for helping shape and implement the People Plan across varying business functions. You will need to work alongside the Centre of Excellence to deliver on any people projects and support delivery. Review the current functions and support across; quality of hires, talent pipe-lining and development needs. Drive the performance and talent agenda ensuring leaders build robust succession and development plans for their teams. Ensure the leadership team are addressing any performance or well-being concerns within their teams. Support any organisational changes by coaching and up-skilling the leadership team.
You will need to have the ability to quickly build strong relationships with a senior leadership team, and provide evidence that you can coach and mentor at a management level. Strong ER skills are essential and any Change Management experience will be of benefit. You will also need experience of leading successful people projects. A minimum of 5 years generalist experienced is essential and you must be CIPD qualified.
This role is based in Southampton however there may be an element of travel involved.
