Interim HR Business Partner/ER Specialist required for a 6-month contract, Bristol based with hybrid working.

Salary up to £55’000 pro rata + competitive benefits.

As the interim HR Business Partner your focus will be supporting and leading on Employee Relation Case work. You will provide proactive and professional ER advice, supporting and coaching managers through grievance, disciplinary, performance, sickness as well as dealing with any complex case work that has been escalated. You will ensure that all case work adheres to the appropriate procedures and are managed in line with current employment legislation. This is a high volume, busy, fast paced environment where you will need to demonstrate your expertise within Employee Relation’s. You will also support on any generalist HR activity as well as looking at policy update and procedures.
