Business Partnering:

  • Deliver a high quality, trusted HR advisory service to the Business Services departments
  • Overall responsibility of recruitment services for Business Services
  • Manage employee relations cases
  • Coach and support the Business managers in the development of their people and management skills
  • Work alongside the Head of HR and the Benefits and Reward Specialist to run the salary review process for all staff in Business Services

Additional Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the HR Director and Head of HR across project work as required
  • Monitor and review the efficiency of HR processes and administration
  • Work closely with the HR team to help ensure collaboration on the critical "business as usual" tasks
