This global organisation is a leader in its respective industry sector and has a strong presence in the Middle East. Having gone through huge transformation over the past few years, this business is now ramping up with an exciting period of growth forecasted.
This is a 6 month contract with a summer start date and based in Dubai. In this role you will be responsible for building an HR strategy for a new arm of the organisation from culture to workforce planning to nationalisation. Your new strategy will impact over 1,500 full time employees based in the UAE.
In order to be considered for this opportunity you will be available for a 6 month Executive Interim Role and able to commit to the duration of the contract. Ideally you will have experience from the Service sector and will have operated at an HR Director/Executive level previously.
High commercial acumen, along with exceptional written communication skills and strong stakeholder management are a critical for this position. You also will have designed and implemented HR strategies covering culture change, OD and nationalisation initiatives.
