My client, a global facilities management organisation, is seeking an interim HR Director on a 9-12 month maternity cover contract.
Operating as part of the UK board and reporting into the US parent organisation, you will be responsible for leading a HR function of 12 split across two distinct divisions. You will be comfortable operating in a business with no system and therefore limited data as well as what is a very fast paced and often tough environment.
The successful candidate will have operated in a facilities management (or similar) environment more recently, be approachable but firm, have strong people/team management skills and be available to start in the New Year. The role is London based but will involve a small amount of travel.
