Learning and Development Business Partner
Fixed term circa £60-70K or £350 per day PAYE
The organisation is well known brand with a reputation for innovation, customer experience and entrepreneurialism.
Coming into an established HR team in a classic Ulrich shape, you'd be delivering a generalist L&D service to improve employee experience but reviewing the current development programmes - internal suites and external providers and their content. You'd also streamline and create new processes to obtain key data that would enhance and help build a digital tool kit for internal development. Although you'd have a team around you with deep expertise and you will be able to draft in some support, you need to be able to 'do' a lot yourself so a proven background in design, delivery, digitalisation and leadership development is key.
It's a very fast paced company - you'd need to have operated in a very commercial organisation with a varied client group up to leadership level.
A real end to end Learning job from rolling up sleeves and creating material, delivering and training trainers up to liaising with top external organisation who can complement your leadership development programmes to fortify what already exists.
