Interim Payroll Specialist
Frazer Jones are delighted to be partnered with a well-established organisation based in Amsterdam looking to recruit an experienced Interim Payroll Analyst.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with expertise in payroll and benefits alongside a desired to work in a super collaborative HR function.
The role will suit someone with confident analytical skills alongside a good understanding of partially outsourced payroll processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing end to end payroll for 750 headcount.
- Business partnering with group payroll with any queries or issues with payroll
- Support HR Operations Manager
- Oversee administration of Employee benefits
- Laise with Benefits providers at renewal stage with a focus on compliance and agreements
- Strong excel skills essential
- Previous experience with benefits & HR duties ideal
