Interim Reward Consultant
We are delighted to be retained by one of the world’s leading broadcast media companies who’s output spans multi-award-winning shows on both the small and big screen. The awards cabinet at this incredible business are full of Emmy’s, BAFTA’s, NTA’s and many, many more. They’re now keen to recruit an Interim Reward Consultant to join their London office (West End) and support them with a large-scale job grading project. This project will be to accurately assess and grade all their senior level roles globally, ahead of the 2025 CSRD reporting requirements. Working within the WTW architecture this role will be to interrogate current (UK) gradings, grade and re-grade international/global roles where appropriate and deliver a final report to WTW to adopt and board approval. As a result, the business is looking to meet with senior reward consultants who have gained extensive job grading experience within complex global entities (any exposure to Broadcast Media would be highly advantageous) who can commit to a project likely to run to the end of 2024. There is real complexity in these roles, so the ability to push-back, interrogate and act as a trusted advisor the business is really key.
