Interim Reward Manager
A great newly created Interim Reward Manager role is now available within a financial services business for 6 months (possible extension, or permanent conversion) Supporting the Head of Reward, this interesting role will assist with the end-to-end year-end salary and bonus review process, including analysis required for RemCo. Ensure remuneration arrangements are aligned to regulatory requirements and support periodic reporting (e.g., Gender Pay Gap) In addition to supporting the comp round, this role will act as key support with the company’s Benefits agenda, including annual renewals of benefits with the support of the benefits broker as well as ad-hoc reviews of the benefits offering. As a result, the business is looking to meet experienced Reward Managers or Senior Reward Analysts who are immediately available and have solid experience of compensation and remuneration policies; experience in conducting and interpreting salary surveys, including Towers Watson, and proficient in job matching/benchmarking/evaluation together with broad comp & bens experience within financial services.
