One of the World's leading technology companies is now looking to recruit a Compensation & Benefits Manager to join them on a 12 month ftc. Reporting into their Head of Reward, this role will engage across the full compensation & benefits landscape, supporting their c6,000 staff across their UK, EMEA, APAC and US locations. You will help deliver the annual comp review, advising on pay structures and incentive plans for new staff and ensuring that the reward philosophy remains aligned to future business needs. You will collaborate with the global People Team, acting as the reward SME across the business, sharing knowledge and helping non-technicians understand complex reward principles and policies. It is hoped that candidates will have in-depth experience in Share/Sales Incentive Plan design together with broad cash comp experience. Based in Cambridge, this business is at the cutting edge of science, ensuring that technology improves the way people live and businesses operate.
