An iconic consumer goods/fashion brand is currently looking to recruit an interim Reward Partner to join them for 3-4 months to help complete a number of reward projects. With the added benefits of flexi-time and agile working (1-2 days per week) this contract offers a high degree of flexibility. The reward projects will cover:

Compensation

  • Job evaluations, benchmarking and data analysis for HR generalists
  • Analyses, session materials preparation and cost modelling for global banding project
  • Job structures, job coding and competitive analyses
  • Training materials creation and data integrity checks ahead of annual salary review cycle

Benefits

  • Data collation and analysis for upload in benefits portal
  • Project management of communication initiatives

HRIS

  • Data analysis and manipulation for HRIS project team as required
  • Testing of new compensation module

Global Mobility

  • Audit of current assignment
  • Finalisation of long-term and short-term policies
  • Creation of internal literature

As a result the business (1300 UK staff) is looking for candidates with 4 - 5 years reward experience in a commercial environment, advanced Excel and data analysis skills, the ability to work autonimously in a fast paced, ambitious and dynamic environment.
