Our client, arguably one of the most iconic retail brands, is seeking an interim Senior HR Manager for an initial 12 month contract.
In this newly created role, you will be responsible for supporting a key client group of approximately 300 people and working closely with the organisation's key retail partners. Although responsible for a key population, the ideal candidate will also operate as a peer to the HR Director and work closely with the EMEA SLT. In the short-to-mid term there is the opportunity for the successful candidate to step up into a HR Director role in the UK or potentially broader Europe.
The successful candidate will be a commercial and engaging HR Business Partner / Senior HR Business Partner with ideally retail or technology/digital industry experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, a proactive approach and passionate about the brand.
With it being an interim role the ideal candidate will be available at short notice and able to start quickly but candidates on notice will still be considered.
