Our client, a fast paced and rapidly growing technology organisation, is seeking an interim Senior Talent Partner to start ASAP on an initial 3 month contract.
This US business is rapidly expanding across EMEA and needs an experienced senior recruiter to support this. Whilst the majority of roles will be UK based, where necessary you will be responsible for senior hires across EMEA and will potentially be across all disciplines.
You will not manage a large volume of roles however this is done deliberately to ensure you provide a high touch level of service to the business. You will need to be a proactive and bright recruiter with excellent stakeholder management skills and able to manage your own time wisely in a fast-paced and sometimes chaotic environment. In house experience is also essential and, given the urgency, candidates need to be able to start quickly.
This is an interim role whilst the organisation recruits someone permanently but, for the right candidate, there is the opportunity for the interim to be made permanent should this appeal.
