We have a current opportunity for an internal recruiter working for a leading investment managemgent firm on a permanent basis.

The position will be based in Mayfair, London and offers hybrid working.

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

Map, source, and headhunt prospective investment professionals to the firm

Introduce prospective portfolio managers / investment professionals to the firm, capturing detail on CRM and reporting this to other Business Development team members

Actively research/headhunt via LinkedIn, articles, BBG and other databases to find talent and gain insight into competing funds

Maintain and build relationships with external recruiters and bank contacts to find best-in-class investment professionals

Utilize CRM to report on key metrics. Manage data, profiles, and resumes

Internship & Graduate Rotation program – assist with screening resumes, phone screens and placement. Be able to connect projects with candidate

Campus recruitment – assist with coordinating university career fairs

Competitor Mapping

Ad hoc projects/ presentations via PowerPoint

Create job specifications for any role on the investment side

Communicate effectively to the team and management on any new hires

Oversee scheduling of all meetings and coordination to ensure efficiency

Maintain and continue to improve/develop CRM

Work with team members in other time zones

The successful candidate will have the following:

1-4 years’ experience in an executive search/ talent acquisition or business development orientated position at an investment firm or financial services search firm

Salesforce and Tableau experience desired

Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality, consistent results in a high pace environment

Excellent written and communication skills, intuition to ‘report forward’

A team-oriented individual with a high degree of integrity and discretion

Strong organization skills and rigorous attention to detail
