This position is an urgent requirement and will be based in London.
This is a great opportunity for a recruiter currently working for a law firm or legal recruitment consultancy looking to move in house and take more accountability over a recruitment process.
Experience of the recruitment and selection process including interviewing, assessment and job offers is essential.
You will be responsible for answering any client queries and supporting the Senior Internal Recruiters within Consultancy. You will prepare proposals for clients, prepare assignment documentation and seek signatures where necessary. Once you have received a brief and all relevant paperwork you will source for relevant skills both internally, via the bank of Legal Professionals registered with the Consultancy and externally.
You will undertake behavioural assessments with candidates and meet them face to face - taking notes throughout. You will send CV's to clients and arrange interviews where necessary. You will pass along unsuccessful feedback professionally and articulately.
Due to the customer facing element of this role the successful candidates will be professional, well presented, possess excellent communication skills and methodical in their approach. With a clear line of progression within a growing team there will be opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and take more responsibility from the Senior Recruiters/Account Managers.
Benefits include Private healthcare, pension contribution and a starting salary between £30,000 and £40,000 depending on your recent and relevant experience.
