Internal Talent Acquisition Manager
We’re working with the US technical/digital division of a UK-based search firm in their efforts to hire an internal talent acquisition manager. The firm has a global presence, largely across the UK and Australia, and is rapidly growing their footprint in the US market. Currently, headcount at the firm consists of 35 recruiters + support staff, and will grow by another 25 team members in 2024.
This individual contributor will have the opportunity to partner with peers in the UK and Australia, as well as to work in close partnership with the global HR team. Processes and governance of the internal talent acquisition function are still being defined, with an applicant tracking system that could benefit from optimization, offering a opportunity to make a significant impact in this role. This position will sit onsite 3 days per week in either Midtown Manhattan or Downtown Austin. This individual will manage all aspects of recruiting from sourcing to extending offers to handling aspects of onboarding, and may periodically get involved in some international hiring overflow for other offices. While this role will primarily recruit for full desk technical recruiters, there will occasionally also be some recruitment for support roles such as learning & development, HR, and finance.
The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in candidate sourcing and full life cycle recruiting with a background in:
* Agency recruiting, working as an internal recruiter; Experience working for a tech recruiting agency would be a +
* Agency recruiting, working as a candidate recruiter or in a 360 role, but no longer wanting to handle business development
* Corporate recruiting, handling recruitment for HR or specifically for recruiters
