A truly global professional services business is now looking to recruit an International Benefits Manager to join their City office and support their EMEA/APAC population with their flex and core benefits offering. Reporting into their Head of Benefits, this role will collaborate with a diverse group of HR colleagues who cover the entire Wellness and Health spectrum and lean heavily into evolving the firm's EVP. Responsible for identifing, implementing and maintaining schemes/services that are current, competitive and in compliance with legislative requirements. Accountable for the implementation of new country due diligence by conducting review of regulatory requirements and market practice. Primary contact for all benefit vendors in the region. Proactively manage benefit providers, consultants and benefits administration providers in the development and pricing analysis of benefit options and programmes; ensure schemes/services meet partners' and employees' needs. Responsibility for maintaining, analyzing and sharing current and developing legislation/regulations affecting benefit plans in order to determine potential risk or impact on the Firm. Work closely with Compliance and Communications manager to determine communication needs and develop robust, accurate and compliant communication materials for promotion of and description of all benefit programmes offered in local offices As a result they are looking to meet Benefit Managers or Senior Benefit Analysts who have experience in the design and implementation of flex plans and the coordination of annual enrolement of benefits programs across EMEA or APAC.
