International Head of HR (VP)
We are partnering exclusively with a top tier Chinese giant, to appoint a strategic and forward-thinking International HR VP based in the Singapore office, to lead, shape and develop the people & culture strategy for the international business (US, EU, ME and APAC excluding China), working directly with the leadership team.
Reporting directly into the Group CHRO in China, this individual will lead the People Strategy, operate as a trusted adviser to the International business leadership team as well as driving HR transformation and overseeing a best in class HR service across the high performing people function.
We are looking for a seasoned and accomplished International HR leader with a strong track record of operating in China HQ fast paced and growing organisations that are scaling fast, ideally within a entrepreneurial start-up culture.
As a proven HR leader with at least 15 -20 years of HR leadership experience, you have a consultative and engaging personality, and be able to influence and partner with the Group HQ and international leadership team. You have prior experience managing and developing a high performing HR team. You will also be fluent in mandarin (strong spoken and written) based on the close liaison with China HQ daily.
