International Payroll Specialist

International Payroll Specialist – £40,000 – £45,000 + Benefits – Reading – Hybrid working

We are happy to be partnering with a global retail firm who are looking for an experienced International Payroll Specialist to join their business on a permanent basis. Working alongside a strong and collaborative payroll team to provide an efficient and accurate service to the firm. You would be reporting into the payroll team lead.

Our client is offering hybrid working (2 days per week required into the office)

The Role:

Manage and process payment for all employee both within the UK & internationally.
Manage and process High volume payrolls accurately.
Payroll & Finance reconciliations.
First point of contact for all employee queries.

Skills required:

Strong previous UK & EMEA payroll knowledge. (Belgium, Polish and Czech Payroll experience desired)
Strong excel skills.
Experience in processing the payroll End-to-End.
