My client, a market leader in the energy industry, are seeking an experienced International Recruitment Partner.
The Recruitment Partner will be responsible for managing end-to end resourcing processes including; sourcing, screening and assessing candidates, presenting shortlists, arranging and conducting interviews, and providing consultative guidance to internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will need to conduct resourcing processes meeting quality, time, cost and compliance targets. You will need experience working across a variety of databases to ensure direct hires, conduct screenings through phone and video interviews, and promote continuous improvement across the recruitment process. Experience within international recruitment is ideal and industry experience within oil & gas/ engineering is preferable.
