EMEA Recruitment Manager (12 Months)
A boutique Asset Manager is in the market for a Senior In-House Recruiter to join their London office.
This is a newly created position and has initially been released on a contract basis. With anticipated volumes around 30-40 hires over the next year the generalists are at capacity and require a Talent expert to build out a recruitment function. With their global reach an international background is a prerequisite along with proven experience building a recruitment strategy from a small to mid sized environment. You will be responsible for a global end to end remit and will cover all areas of the bank across back, middle and front office functions.
With London being a satellite office there is no administrative support and my client is keen to hire someone who has run a recruitment function in a standalone capacity.
This is a high profile position and my client needs to hire a confident and commercial recruiter with a can do / positive outlook. This opportunity is likely to appeal to a forward thinking problem solver, someone that can identify challenges and take a proactive approach.
