International Talent Acquisition Lead – Tech Giant

We’re actively supporting a multinational tech company on an International Talent Acquisition Lead opportunity. The firm are incredibly profitable, currently serving more than a billion users worldwide and recognised as one of the largest financial technology platforms globally. Your role will report directly into the Chief People Officer whilst leading a talented team of recruiters to scale recruitment and growth across the globe covering APAC, EMEA and the US. You’ll actively support recruitment across non-tech and tech hiring and demonstrate a deep understanding and knowledge of hiring practices on a global scale. You’ll partner with key stakeholders within the company to establish and foster lasting relationships whilst providing a strategic and commercial lens on key decision making.

We are looking for an individual who brings excellent knowledge and hands on recruitment experience across a breadth of functions on a global scale. You should bring team lead experience and be comfortable speaking Mandarin on a daily basis as the role requires frequent communication with leaders in the China offices. Ideal industry exposure would be within multinational financial technology, internet and / or tech companies with minimum 12 years of stable experience across sizeable brands.
