We have a career enhancing opportunity with our client; a progressive and global brand going through a period of substancial expansion and growth! To do so, they are looking to bring on board a Technical Recruiter to join their Dublin office and partner with business stakeholders in leading and supporting recruitment activities for a select part of their global business, recruiting for both the UK&I and International markets.
Based in Dublin, reporting and working closely with the Global Talent Acquisition Team, you will act as a trusted advisor and thought leader to key stakeholders in relation to recruitment related strategies and activities on Technology hiring.
While this is a strategic role within this Global market leader, you will be expected to also participate and lead in more hands-on activities within the TA function.
In fact, while you will take place in activities related to Employer Branding, Diveristy & Inclusion and much more, most of your time will be dedicated to the active sourcing and candidate generation process that will grant you to manage between 50 to 60 hires per year, and have an average of 20 to 25 searches active at any one point. These will span across different seniority levels and tech disciplines within the business (from eCommerce to Security, from Payments to AI and much more)
You will ideally have the leadership capabilities and potential to scale and progress within their vast TA team during a period of phenomenal growth and global expansion!
