We are looking for a (Jr) HR Business Partner (or HR Advisor that wants to take the next step in their career) for our international client, who is a fast moving commercial company located in the province of Zuid-Holland. This challenging role is elemental in taking the HR department to the next level and offers a combination of operational tasks and first leadership. The (Jr) HR Business Partner partners with and reports directly to the HR Manager. This is a role for 40 hours a week at the client's office.

In this role you will work out the HR strategy that is set by the HR Manager. To achieve this, you act as the partner to the business, listening what goes on and translating this into actionable HR initiatives. Some of the projects you will be involved in are Performance and Talent Management, Learning & Development, Compensation and Benefits, HR Policies and Procedures and stakeholder management.
Some of the requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree, preferably in HRM, business economics or Hotelschool, or equivalent professional and intellectual capacities;
- At least 3 years' experience as HR Advisor and ready for the next step, or 2 years' experience in a similar (jr) HRBP role;
- Good knowledge of Dutch labor law legislation;
- Solid English language skills, Dutch is a plus
