About the Company
Our client is a market leader with a strong reputation in the Real Estate industry.
About the Role
Reporting to Senior HR Manager, you will be assigned to be the HR business partner overseeing a headcount of 150-200. You have responsibility for recruitment, talent retention, organizational review, budgeting, staffing analysis.
You will play an advisory and operational role on all talent acquisition matters. You will design long term HR strategies and provide practical medium-term solutions to meet business goals. Key to your success will be your ability to engage the senior leaders on a strategic level.
The Successful Applicant
You should possess a university degree from a reputable university, with at least 6 to 10 years of HR experience in a progressive MNC. You should come with highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to lead, influence and engage across the different business units. You should be strong in recruiting talents for the business. Only candidates with relevant Singapore working experience will be considered.
