This international financial services firm are looking for a Junior HRIS Analyst to join them to support the HRIS Team in controlling, cleansing and analysing employee data. You'll provide analytics to support business decisions and communicate with senior stakeholders. You'll take ownership of employee data, ensuring data integrity. You'll be trained until you're a system expert, conduct UAT testing and help to get the most out of system upgrades.
You'll get to work with the latest cloud-based technology in one of the City's most prestigious financial services firms. Although you'll be expected to hit the ground running, your manager will be willing to help you grow and develop - this could be the year your HR Systems career gets the boost it needs.
You'll need advanced Excel skills, preferably including VBA and macros. Previous exposure to HR systems and analytics is highly desirable but you will need to be able to demonstrate strong numerical skills and some exposure to delivering reports. Ideally you will have worked in financial services or another large, global organisation before.
