Frazer Jones is currently working with a telecommunications business based in Canary Wharf. We are looking for a junior reward analyst to sit in this team, to work alongside the Reward Manager. We are welcoming HR professionals with an analytical background to join this fantastic business. It would be a good opportunity for individuals to take the first steps into reward analytics.
- Responsible for providing reward advice and facilitate the data management and administration of employee (compensation and benefits)
- Manage and responsible for sales compensation plan
- Conduct reward data research, analyse and present information to SME's within the business.
- Responsible for employee records relating to compliance are kept up to date at all times.
- Assist senior team with salary benchmarking/market insight.
- Advanced Excel skills including Vlookups and Pivot Tables
- Strong knowledge of HR/reward practices
- Strong communication skills and problem solving skills
- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) Desireable
- Experience in salary review/bonus processes.
