My client is a growing fintech business in the business banking space, with a passion to challenge the status quo of traditional banking and engage with the smaller SME's.
This role will focus on the candidate market, building out the businesses hiring strategy for passive talent and creating more of an engaging strategy for going to market. The business work closely with talent acquisition on their skills gaps and need, so this role will engage with talent from a longer term perspective. With funding coming in for the business from series C, the growth is becoming more targeted.
In order to be successful one will need to have worked in an unstructured and fast moving/fluctuating environment as the talent acquisition team operate at speed and with less set process than some of your bigger banking businesses. Speed and a low ego mentality is essential, so hopefully this appeals.
