Our client, a leading real estate business in London, are looking for a Learning & Development Advisor to join their established and well regarded team.
Reporting into the Learning and Development Director, you will take responsibility for the delivery of quality sales training to the business. Working with ambitious sales professionals, you will deliver training in an engaging and interesting way to support the growth and success of the firm. The role will be an advocate of the L&D function and represent it well across the business. The role will offer development as you will be involved in updating training material, undertaking needs analysis and developing workshops and modules as you see fit. You will also deliver onboarding and induction sessions, as well as having the opportunity to get involved in management training.
The successful candidate will have a track record of delivering quality sales training in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. Ideally you will have worked within sales, either in retail, estate agency or recruitment. You will be an excellent communicator, have a passion for training and your style will be engaging and energetic. You will be able to develop and maintain stakeholder relationships and be credible in front of senior leaders. The business takes a consultative approach to sales so you will be comfortable delivering training on a variety of sales techniques and take a human approach to sales.
