I am working with a highly-reputable and fast growing organisation in central London, in their search for a Learning & Development Advisor.
This is a permanent role, paying £30-35,000 depending on experience.
Supporting the L&D Consultant and being part of an HR team, you'll be involved in a huge variety of projects from the senior leadership programme, to inductions for new starters, to performance management. This will give you the chance to deliver a range of presentations and liaise with a fantastic range of stakeholders within the organisation.
As well as group sessions, you will also have the opportunity to get involved in one on one coaching and mentoring sessions for individual members of the team. This will allow you to be an integral member of the HR team and work closely in the development of your peers.
As an organisation, they are currently going through a fantastic period of growth, hence the need for an additional L&D professional in the team! So it's a really exciting time to join and gives you the scope to get involved with promotions, capability reviews, and probations.
