As the L&D Partner you will be responsible for truly getting to know the business and its commercial objectives, understanding and highlighting how these can be achieved through its people, and how to develop them to be the best they can be. You will build relationships with a diverse team across both retail and head office, helping them to identify training needs, creatively designing bespoke training sessions/programmes and delivering these to the business; depending on the client group, this will involve holding group training days, lunch and learns as well as utilising their digital learning platform. Working closely with management, you will analyse different KPI's and create personal development plans for individual teams and coach team members on how to live and breath the brands values and behaviours.
This is an amazing role for someone with experience being creative in their approach to learning, past involvement in working with the management population to develop their teams, as well as the ability to build lasting relationships with various business functions.
