The brand, established in 1811 as a music and instrumental shop in London has now grown to be one of the most recognised players in the entertainment industry. Ensuring they have the best resources to excel in the industry, this brand are investing an a Talent Coordinator as an additional member of the team.

With over 3,000 employees accross various key locations, you will be responsible for all Talent activates around Talent/ Learning & Development for the UK business. You will be the first point of contact for all learning queries while also being responsible for managing external learning solution providers. You will work closely with the wider L&D team to build connections with hiring managers, assessing their learning needs and researching relevant training for their departments.

Working for a brand of this calibre is demanding and fast paced, just like the industry, so strong coordination and organisational skills are essential for this role in order for you to succeed.

The team here is very close and works collaboratively allowing you to access a wealth of knowledge and enable you to closely shadow and learn from them while offering your support, and proactively representing the Talent function.
