Exclusively working a client in Gloucestershire, I am looking to recruit an L&D Manager on a permanent basis to join an expanding HR team.
You will be responsible for the development and growth of the L&D function which will include the design and delivery of training - both hard and soft skills. You will be responsible for leading the management development training programme and the creation of a "future leader" training programme. You will work with the Head of HR to redesign the onboarding and induction process for new starters and play a pivotal part in graduate recruitment. You will also be responsible for the distribution and allocation of the apprenticeship levy.
In order to be successful in your application you will have demonstrable experience in the design and delivery of training programmes including the delivery of leadership/ management development training programmes. It would be advantageous to have experience with graduate attraction and the utilisation of the apprenticeship levy. Above all you are hardworking, you want an opportunity to support the development of an HR function, you are ambitious, confident and have excellent communication skills.
