A growing professional services firm who pride themselves on their people and culture. The business has exciting headcount plans and have been investing heavily in their HR, Recruitment and L&D teams, hence the purpose of this hire.
Reporting into an experienced Head of Learning & Development, this person will focus on consultancy, design and delivery of exceptional quality development initiatives. With support from an Advisor and an Administrator, you will offer a visible, first-class service to the firm and be encouraging all staff to reach their full potential. There is a fantastic platform for a creative mind to make a real impact here, and innovative ideas are encouraged.
You must have extensive experience of working with learning and development and will ideally have an understanding of what a good, modern learning function looks like. Experience of working in a professional services environment would be desirable, however other sectors will also be considered.
This role will be paying between £55,000 and £70,000 plus a performance related bonus. You will be eligible for their extensive benefits package and be joining a supportive and social firm; a firm that encourages collaboration, inclusion alongside a lot of fun!
