We have partnered with a really exciting financial services firm who are looking for a L&D Manager to join their team on a fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportuntiy for someone looking to set up and develop a Learning and Development function, and have a genuine impact on the business.
You will have the opportunity to partner with senior managers across all teams to analyse and assess training and development needs, to fuel your design and delivery to the business. You will have a specific focus on performance management to ensure all managers are equipped to effectively develop their team and manage their progression.
This role will offer the opportunity to have real autonomy and ownership of the organisations L&D strategy as well as being able to deliver the training to managers globally. It will require someone who is incredibly passionate about Learning and Development and has the autonomy and initiative to build out a function from scratch.
