A highly successful Financial Services organisation in Bristol are now looking to recruit an L&D Manager to join their established HR team, in this newly created role.
You will be responsible for creating & delivering functional & soft skills training across disciplines and departments in order to address training needs. You will deliver bespoke management and leadership development training bespoke to the business which is currently outsourced. You will act as a trusted advisor to management and senior leaders when discussing training needs and the development of employees. You will have one direct report and will therefore be responsible for their training & development.
In order to be successful in this position you will need demonstrable experience working as both an operational & strategic L&D Manager. You have experience creating and deliver bespoke training across many disciplines and departments. You must also have experience delivering leadership & management training with the ability to tailor this to the business. You will join an organisation with ambitious and aggressive growth plans and will play a pivotal part in the development and retention of talent.
