A Leading Financial Services organisation is looking for an L&D professional with a focus organising courses using the LMS and Reporting.
In this role you will be resposible for the organisation and scheduling of various online courses as part of the Training Academy.
Using Cornerstone, you will support the team by senidng out training materials, ensuring training is completed on-time and ensuring materials are correct and up-todate.
You will liaise with learners to understand their training needs and ensure that they have completed the correct courses and will troubleshoot any LMS issues they may have.
In addition, you will partner with both Sales and Marketing teams by undertaking reporting activities using the system.
You will have a background in L&D Co-ordination, ideally having used an LMS to organise online training courses and will have excellent relationship management skills.
This is a 10 month maternity cover, working for a Financial Services company in Sydney CBD.
