Our client is a leading, global law firm seeking to hire a Lateral Legal Recruiting Manager to be based in their NY, DC or Boston office on a hybrid basis (4 days). This role will focus on lateral, non-Partner attorney recruitment for the firm’s US offices. You will partner closely with firm leadership and collaborate cross-functionally to drive strategy, process, experience, onboarding and integration efforts.

The firm is seeking meaningful, relevant recruiting experience within law firms. Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities will be key to success in the role.
