An exciting opportunity for someone who is keen to start a career in Learning and Development as no prior L&D experience is necessary!
Working for a global organisation, with lots of career progression opportunities, this role is to support the L&D team with all coordination for courses run across the business, it would suit someone extremely organised with a good level of administration and coordination and has had to work with stakeholders and be good at planning.
The role will be 3 days in the Colchester office and 2 x a month into the London office
DUTIES
- Supporting the L&D team to co-ordinate training and learning programmes
- Manage diaries and delegate registrations
- Set up meetings for courses and organise the meeting agenda, booking meeting rooms or external locations
- Be responsible for all online courses and organisation and after meeting distribution
- Join the courses being run by senior members of the team to ensure a smooth running on the day, either online or in person
- work with external providers and coordinate calendars and events
- Work closely with senior stakeholders, to deadlines, building relationships
- general L&D admin to support the smooth running of courses
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience in an administrative or coordinator role in any sector or business
- Ideally some event planning, coordination of projects or events or something similar
- Have excellent communication skills, experience working in a fast paced an busy environment previously
- Experience working with stakeholders
- A passion for learning, really keen to develop your career in Learning and development
- Occasional (once or twice a year) travel to Europe
